1. The service. ChannelBrief lets you pick YouTube channels and emails you AI-generated summaries of their new videos. The service is provided as-is, and is currently free.
2. Your account. You need a valid email address to use ChannelBrief. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use. Don't abuse the service — no automated scraping of the app, no attempts to break, overload, or misuse it, and nothing unlawful.
4. Content. Summaries are generated by AI from publicly available video data and may contain errors. They're for convenience, not a substitute for watching the source. Channel names, thumbnails and videos belong to their respective owners.
5. Availability. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Because the service is free, we provide no uptime or delivery guarantees.
6. Cancellation. You can unsubscribe from any digest, or delete your account and all associated data, at any time from your dashboard.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, ChannelBrief isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
